Total Tea Review.

Hey girl hey! After these long summer weekends of fun with the family I am always left feeling so bloated! All of these cookouts and wine nights have caught up to me.. Recently I partnered with Total Tea and I got to try all of their delicious teas, including their Detox tea! I was blown away! I have tried so many different teas in the past and I can say I was never a fan of them because they didn't taste the best. After trying Total Tea Detox, not only did I love the way it tasted, I loved the way it made me feel. Just a friendly reminder: overtime toxic buildup can effect our energy levels, body fat and overall mood, and this detox tea helps to cleanse your body and get all the junk out of the trunk! I would have a cup of tea (hot) right before bed with a slice of fresh lemon added and it was delicious. In just a few days I could truly see and feel a difference. My stomach was less bloated and my insides didn't feel so awful. What exactly does it do? The Gentle Detox tea cleanses waste and purifies the body while increasing the metabolism. Total Tea promotes weight loss and digestion by promoting an environment where healthy bacteria can grow and flourish. Total Tea was originally only available from Doctors and Chiropractors but recently has been made available to the public. Total Tea also does not contain green tea or caffeine, so it is safe to drink at night, unlike many other detox teas. Which is something I truly loved. Last but certainly not least, another reason I really loved working with Total Tea is all of their Tea supplements, detox teas, and natural energy teas are made right here in the USA. Their products are all natural with no fillers or preservatives, no artificial flavors or colors, non-GMO, Gluten Free, Kosher Certified, as well as vegan and caffeine Free! Aside from the Detox Tea, I really loved drinking their chamomile tea before bed (pictured below). Their chamomile tea really helped me to relax, giving me a better nights rest. Plus the fact that it is organic is even better too! All in all, there wasn't a single thing that I didn't love about total tea. They were all delicious and made with the best ingredients.
